Section 9
Work, Duties and Powers of the Committee
(1) It shall be the duty of the Committee to carry out all the work to be done by the Board, exercise the rights and perform the duties under this Act and the regulations made under this Act.
(2) The committee may delegate its authority to the chairman, member, member-secretary or any officer of the board as required.
